About Shepherd Defense Academy

At Shepherd Defense Academy, we believe confidence comes through preparation, discipline, and proper training. Our mission is to provide responsible, professional, and practical firearms education that helps individuals become safer, more confident, and better prepared to protect themselves and those they care about.

We offer training for beginners, experienced firearm owners, individuals seeking private instruction, and organizations looking to strengthen their safety and preparedness. Our courses focus on safe firearm handling, defensive fundamentals, situational awareness, home-defense education, range training, and real-world decision-making.

Shepherd Defense Academy also provides specialized training and consulting for churches, ministries, security teams, and community organizations. Every training environment is designed to be welcoming, educational, and focused on developing responsible habits—not simply learning how to shoot.

As a USCCA-affiliated training academy, we are committed to maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and continued education.
